Google Maps Helps You Find Your Parked Car.

Let’s get this straight; it can happen to anyone anywhere and anytime. How many times have you been to huge malls that have enormous parking places and you simply got lost between all the cars? In the digitalized era we’re now living in, wouldn’t it be easier if we could have an app or a device that could be able to sort things out for us and help us find our ride?

Good thing someone really thought about it and developed a certain app that has the ability to remember where we left our cars.

We should be thankful to Google Maps for that. At the beginning of the year, Google Maps released a new parking feature that allows the users to save the exact location of the parked vehicle on their smartphones. Even if the feature was initially available only for Android users, now it doesn’t really matter whether the users have Android or IOS because it works on both operating systems without any problems.

Android

If you’re using Android and you are already familiarized with Google Maps, then it shouldn’t be very difficult. Simply tap on the blue location button and select “Save your parking”. Android users have some extra features such as adding notes and taking photos of the car. All of these are destined to make you feel like you have a co-pilot that will always be there to help you with this matter.

Apple

If you’re using IOS then you have two ways of finding your car with Google Maps’ help. You can either go to Settings, let Google Maps track your location and save your parking or you can do as Android users do, simply tap on the blue button and press “Set as parking location”.

Either way, your car is safer and you can freely enjoy the activities you were supposed to do without constantly worrying about the parking location.
